Had some requests for a post-mortem, so ..uhm.. okay I guess.
I’ve known about Ludum Dare for a few years now, but every time it came around I would end up having too much to do in real life to participate. This time I was finally…

After some extended sleep and being tired for the rest of the day I think I’m able to come up with a post-mortem.
My game is here: Robots Are Red, Violets Are Blue
Sim Hamlet My aim this time was to work on my drawing skills. So I decided to make a graphical game for LD#23, based loosely on an old favourite game of mine, “The…

Thought i’d write the post mortem while everything is fresh. =)
Well, we finished. Barely. With 5 minutes to go I was making a build and realized there was no game icon so I quickly let my artist know, she tossed one in the dropbox,…
This was my first Game jam and well, it was tough. I was carefull to sleep at least 8h per night to keep maximum efficiency but still… Quite painful to have a 48 hours…

Ok, we are competing in the jam,
My first #LD48 is over and I submitted my game (give it a shot here). It was quite the ride but I am happy that I participated.
Tiny Gods took a total of 19 hours to complete and was made entirely from scratch.
Alright, so this was my first Ludum Dare. It taught me quite a bit about time management, and about how to cut down overly-ambitious ideas.
I’m in. There, I forgot to post that. Now that that’s out of the way, let’s talk games.
So, unity wont run properly on my laptop (will try again later for a jam entry perhaps) so I’m stuck with nothing to do. Postmortem time!
Ludum Dare 22 was the first time I actually finished a game, I made a simple zombie-survival, platformer.
Yesterday, I submitted my warmup game, SameOrb, and was happy to be able to finish during the weekend. I picked an hard time limit to myself to check how I could manage…
It seems my little rant I went on about my results has generated some attention and I wanted to qualify it by saying it was never intended to appear as a rant of anger…

Hello everyone!
Well, regardless of how the voting goes, I consider my effort a failure. I’ll explain why after breaking down the issues…
Ludum Dare 22 Post Mortem December 2011 – Game: Fernands War.
Hi everyone,
This is my postmortem for my Ludum Dare 22 entry, Sat-E. You can find the timelapse over here.
So finally, after a week of trying to use multitouch (I thought it would be much easier!), I have the Andriod version for you to try. The only differences with the PC…
For my entry I made a little point-and-click adventure game without the clicking. If you haven’t already, you can play it here.
You can find my entry here.
My first thought when I read the theme was “exploring an old house alone, at night”. I played too much “Alone in the Dark)” in my days… And I wanted a similar game, but…
So, it’s christmas, I think, and I finally have some time to write a little about my experience with LD#22. My entry isn’t that great, but still, for what it’s worth:
Maybe a bit late but I don’t want to miss a post-mortem for my game.
